Bengaluru: A charity concert by Jonita Gandhi was organized at Phoenix city on Sunday June 23, in aid of Kodagu relief fund. The Archbishop Rev. Dr. Peter Machado graced the event and thanked the renowned singer and organizers for this unique event.

Ms. Jonita Gandhi entertained the fans with the most popular songs such as Tum hi ho, the break up song and others.

The Archbishop at the beginning of the concert rightly noted that “Bengaluru is known not only for IT, but very well known for Humanity”. He also recalled the plight of the victims who have lost their homes in the severe floods that rocked Kodagu and Kerala last year.

The prelate hopes to build at least 100 houses for those who have lost everything and was in praise of the organizers and all like-minded people who have come together for this cause.

The crowds enjoyed the concert with loud cheer and for many it was the first time to get a glimpse of the artiste.
