Seminar on Formation by the Carmelite Fathers at Mpandangindo

A long standing desire of Carmelite Community in Mpandangindo – Songea was realized on 15th of August on the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as we conducted the “Seminar on Formation” for the Candidates, Postulants and the Novices of different Congregations in Songea. From four Congregations 39 formees namely SVC 7, FSMA 12, OSB (Men) 7 n OSB (Women) 13 participated in the Seminar.

It started at 10 am and ended at 2 pm. First session was given by Fr. Raymond Santhanaz ocd on “Integral Formation”. After this session there was break for Ice break for half an hour. Then next session was given by Fr. Roshan Pinto ocd on “Psycho-sexual Integration in Formation”. Followed by there was Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for half an hour.

After that Fr. Roshan Pinto as Superior thanked all for the success of this seminar, especially the Formators and the Formees and then distributed Certificates of Participation to all those who participated. With sharing the light food all parted by 2 pm.
