Shiva's Hair Designers Pvt. Ltd. through Hairstylo in the Bollywood arena, The mother Late Krishna Bhandary Nitte's Wife Mrs. Gulabi Krishna Bhandary departed to heaven in 2020. We are originally from Dakshina Kannada district Karkala Dharegudde, for my mother’s memory we have formed Gulabi Krishna Bhandary Charitable Trust (Regd.) as per her dreams and fully dedicated this organization to social service. Our aim is to lead the trust through Arogya Bhagya and Shiksha Bhagya planning to make the people of the village well-educated and maintain the health of the people as per the wish of my birth mother Gulabi Amma. Right now, this trust has brought hope to the lives of thousands by organizing many educational programmes, health camps and helping the livelihood of many.

The Bhandary community of the Karnataka coast has survived for ages by opting for barbering. Mother Gulabi Amma was a great visionary and advised the Cast Profession(Kulavratti of the Bhandary community on the coastal Karnataka) to carry on the tradition of barbering.

Similarly inspired by the barbering community and fulfilling my mother's wish, Shiva's Institute was established in 1988 in the financial capital of the nation Mumbai, to make it a visionary enterprise of his clan. Stylo Hair Parlor in 1993, Shiva's Stylo in 2001, Shiva's Hair Designer Pvt. Ltd. in 2007. Shiva's Academy was established in 2009 to train the younger generation by gradually transforming hairstyling into a professional source. In 2022, Shiva's Salute organizations are leading everything and now Shiva's group is going on three decades of meaningful service.

She always taught me to advance the all round development of the society by providing various educational support, concessions (student stipend) and health fund to the youth and weaker sections. Convinced of this, I started vocational education through the academy and imparted various types of education and training to young people in vocational matters. The glory is ours. Along with Hairdressing, Shiva's Academy has certified and trained professionals in cutting-edge hair care, hair extensions, skin care, body wellness, skin tattooing, honey makeup, nail polish etc. 95% of our trained students not only get job opportunities but also take up the challenge in a competitive field and become financially independent and become successful entrepreneurs. Shiva's institution has the reputation of originality as it has been blessed with the fortune of predicting the future of thousands of students.

At present, Shiva's Academy, which has earned international respect, is under the management of Gulabi Krishna Bhandary Charitable Trust (Regd.) and has a certificate from the world-renowned Tony & Guy organization. It has now received advanced certification from the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Institute. At present, Earth Academy, a world famous hairstyling academy based in London (UK), has also selected Shiva's Institute as an affiliated official organization to run a vocational training institute across the state of Maharashtra. By this means two (Andheri and Dombivili) Shiva's Academies are running in Brihanmumbai. Currently, Shiva's is a continuation of the achievements of the organization which is recognized at the global level and is prepared to provide the accredited education in University Level(college).

Shiva's has just collaborated with UGC (University Grants Commission) approved Mangalore University (NAAC Accredited A-Grade University). We have got affiliation to formally expand its academic activities and open up to the mainstream education system through the name Shiva's International Institute of Professional Innovations (SIIPI).

We have started Shiva's International Institute of Professional Innovations (SIIPI) in accordance with the National Educational Policy (NEP) for those students who are interested in getting a job after passing the second PUC. The first of its kind in the country to provide a degree in Mangalore University by introducing value-added and skill-enhancing Hair and Beauty Therapy Certificate Program in Hair and Beauty Therapy (HBT) a six-month certificate course and Designing and Treating Hair Diploma Program in Designing and Treating Hair (DTH) a one-year diploma course by SIIPI College. It also claims 100% Job assurance for vocational graduates with quick employment orientation.

With a certificate from Mangalore University, with university affiliation, expand the service of SIIPI College Institute to its hometown Karkala (Undivided Dakshina Kannada-Udupi, Kodagu, Kasaragod Districts) and gradually to the state, national level. Hairdressing training centers are intended to be set up, providing a golden opportunity for college admissions to students seeking professional certificate/diploma courses.
