Amidst the new beginning with MCL, Libra Legends signed 6.5ft cricketing legend, Mr. Abey Kuruvilla who is known for intimating presence on field as their coach for the season to be caught and bowled in the U.A.E. The Legends like Sourav Ganguly, Jacques Kallis, Graeme Swann, Brad Hogg, Ryan Ten Doeschate, Ajay Ratra, Chris Read, Sean Ervine, Shaun Tait, Ryan Sidebottom, Michael Lumb, Marcus North, Taufeeq Umar, Nicky Boje and Ian Butler will be prepped for the matches by the gentle giant Abey Kuruvilla.

Abey Kuruvilla plans to ensure that his team stays in the best shape as one of his core strategy as he believes that a fit team is always a winning team. With a power packed team of legendary cricketers, Libra Legends is planning to reminisce you over the best matches and strategies, an encore by the legends on the 22 yards again.

On the event of being signed as the coach of Libra Legends, Mr. Abey Kuruvilla said, “I feel this brilliant opportunity to work with legends like Sourav Ganguly and Jacques Kallis. Shaun Tait as well as whom I’ve been a fan of will be brilliant to work alongside pace man to pace man. The composition of each team is quite strong and it will be an interesting tournament as each team has international cricketing legends.”

Ms. Pooja Jhunjhunwala, Head – Popcorn Sports & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. said, “Mr. Abey Kuruvilla is the perfect athlete and coach Libra Legends could have. As he coaches in UAE, he is aware of the conditions there and thus will be able to prep the team accordingly. It is an honour to have him on our side.” Libra Legends is an MCL team owned by Popcorn Sports & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and will participate in the tournament which is scheduled between 28th January and 14th February 2016.
