Delhi Daredevils score 205/4 after Samson ton

Pune, (PTI) Sanju Samson struck the season's first century as Delhi Daredevils scored 205 for four against Rising Pune Supergiant in the Indian Premier League (IPL) here tonight.

Sent into bat, Delhi Daredevils rode on Samson's 63-ball innings to set a formidable total for RPS at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.

Samson scored 102 with the help of eight boundaries and five sixes, while Chris Morris blazed his way to 38 off just nine balls to help Delhi easily cross 200.

Delhi Daredevils are looking for their first win in this edition of the T20 league, while RPS have won one and lost one in two outings so far.

This was Samson's maiden hundred in the cash-rich tournament.
