India 319/4 at close on day 3

Rajkot, (PTI) India were 319 for four at stumps on the third day of the opening cricket Test against England at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium here.

Skipper Virat Kohli (26) was at the crease at close as umpires drew stumps immediately after night watchman Amit Mishra (0) was dimissed.

Brief Scores:

England 1st innings: 537 all out in 159.3 overs.

India 1st innings: 319 for 4 in 108.3 overs (Murali Vijay 126, Cheteshwar Pujara 124; Ben Stokes 1/39, Adil Rashid 1/47).
