Bantwal: A 16-year-old student from Chendtimarin B Casba village breathed his last at Sabarimala on Wednesday January 13. He had gone there on pilgrimage. The student has been identified as Niket Kumar.
Niket was the son of Rama Kulal, and student of SVS high school . He suffered severe heart attack when he was near the shrine of Lord Ayyappa. He was immediately rushed to a hospital at Kottayam, but efforts of the doctors there to save him failed.
His body was brought to his native place on Thursday.
