The Department of Business Administration at Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mijar is organizing AGON 2018, the Management Fest showcasing the managerial skills of the students on Tuesday, 20th February 2018 at the college premises. Exciting games and events have been organized to test the skills of UG students and attractive prizes are also on offer winners.
AGON, the management fest of Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology, has been focusing on the showcase of brilliance in Management skills among the participants and identifying the best talents. Around 15 colleges are expected to participate in this exquisite show of talent and skills.
As there will always be a close-connect between industry and academia, the MBA Department at Alva’s Education Foundation focuses on leadership skills among budding managers; industrial leadership, entrepreneurial leadership and research leadership. AGON 2018 is a positive step towards making the learners understand the concepts of Management and strive confidently towards their goals.
The inauguration of the fest is scheduled at 9.00 AM at AIET-Mijar. Mr Kishore Alva, Executive Director - Corporate Affairs, Adani Power Limited, UPCL will be the Chief Guest of the programme. Mr Vivek Alva, Managing Trustee, Alva’s Education Foundation will preside over the function. The valedictory ceremony including Prize Distribution session will be held at 5 PM where prizes will be distributed by dignitaries.
