Moodbidri: In a tragic accident, a college student died after he was thrown off his bike and came under the wheels of a private bus.
The deceased was Mohith (19), son of Mijar Daddi resident Seetharama Gowda, a diploma student in of a college in Moodbidri. He was returning home with his friend from college on his bike on Wednesday evening when the bike skiddeddue to slush on NH 169 and he fell on the road.
Meanwhile, a private bus was on its way towards Moodbidri ran over, killing him on the spot. Rishab, the pillion rider escaped unhurt.
