Udupi: A man died inside his house on an unknown day and his body was discovered on Tuesday. The deceased is Patrick Herald Lewis (70).
Patrick Herald Lewis stayed alone at his house near the river in Kallianpur. His brother and sister stayed in Bengaluru. Patrick was not spotted anywhere from past few days. The neighbours went to the house after a foul smell began to emanate from there. They found the dead body inside and called police.
Patrick made a last call from his mobile on September 14. The body has been sent to Manipal for post-mortem. Malpe police have registered a case.
