Bantwal: The unscientific flyover at the heart of B C Road will be demolished following Bharath Mala project getting approval. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Bharath Mala project has been completed and the report has been sent to Nitin Gadkari, union minister for road transport and highways.
Mangaluru-BC Road route will be developed as six lane express corridor and the unscientific flyover will be removed, confirmed engineer Ajith during NHAI meeting held at MLA's office at B C Road.
The move comes as a relief for the commuters travelling through the one-way flyover.
