Mangaluru: The second phase of Swacch Mangaluru by Ramakrishna Mission was inaugurated by Swami Muktidanandaji, Trustee, Ramakrishna Math & Mission & Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysore in a function held at Karangalpady, Mangaluru on Sunday October 4 at 7.30 am.
Kumar H, MD, MRPL flagged off the 21st cleanliness drive. Swami Veereshananda Saraswathi, president, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Ashrama, Tumakuru, Capt Ganesh Karnik, MLC, Mangalore, Manjunath Bhandari, chairman, Sahyadri Group of Institutions, Dr Jeevaraj Sorake, Prakash Salian, Premananda Shetty and other eminent dignitaries were present on the occasion.
On this occasion, Dilraj Alva submitted the 20 weeks’ Swacch Mangaluru Abhiyan report and video presentation of the 20 weeks’ drives to MRPL.
