Karkala: Prajnesh (2), son of Krishna Poojary in Durga village, died after he fell into an unprotected well in the yard of the house on Thursday night.
The boy was said to be playing in the yard, when he suddenly slipped into the well. His parents looked for him all over but could not find him.
When they peeped into the well, his body was found floating. A complaint has been filed.
