Udupi: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) thanked the people, the police department and everyone involved in the success of the three-day Dharma Sansad that concluded on Sunday.
M B Puranik, executive president of Dharma Samsad said that people from all sections of society, religions, volunteer organisations and people of Ujjain extended their wholehearted cooperation.
Over 1,50,000 people gathered during the three days. Participants came from Kodagu, Kasargod, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi.There was even a Muslim volunteer group supplying water, food and hospitality. The volunteers of VHP and Bajrang Dal have worked day and night for the success of Dharma samsad," he said.
Gopalji, VHP central southern region organizing secretary, District VHP president Vilas Nayak and T P A Shenoy were present.
