NSS programme of Milagres College Kallianpur inaugurated

Udupi: NSS programme of Milagres College Kallianpur was inaugurated by Dr Bhaskar Shetty, Professor and head Dept of PG centre History Women's College Ajjarkad on 3-8-16 in the Silver Jubilee Hall. He said that NSS came into existence in 1969 as a memorial of centenary of Birth of Mahatma Gandhi and the purpose was uplift-ment of villages by service.

Campus director Rev Dr Anil Prakash Castelino, Programme officers Mr Nityanad Shetty and Ms Gladna D Mellow were present. Principal, Dr Gerald Pinto presided. Former NSS programme officer Mrs. Reynold Rodrigues was felicitated.
