Online orientation for freshers at Crossland College

Crossland College, Brahmavar conducted a two day orientation for the freshers through the online mode. To adapt to the changing times, the college made an attempt to reach out to the freshers through the google meet platform on September 1-2., 2020.It was a challenge to reach out to the students in remote villages.

 

Mrs.Manasi Sudhir, alumnae, renowned artist, rendered the prayer song and inspired the students with a short message.Dr.Umanath Shetty, alumnus ,Bengaluru, inaugurated the programme and narrating his own experience encouraged the students to become successful in life through hard work. Principal gave the introductory message.Prof.Reebu Samuel, Vice Principal, Prof.K.K.Gurumurthy, Mr.Girish Rao and Mrs.Deepa Rao introduced different subjects to the students.

Mr.T.I.Mathai explained the University rules. The highlight of the programme was the touching experience sharing by the alumni. Our alumni rose to the occasion and extended a helping hand to give hope and confidence to the freshers.

Each one of them boldly shared their life stories to inspire the freshers.Mr.Guruprasad Bhat, Mr.Chandrasekhera Shetty, Mr.Praveenkumar Shetty, Mrs.Latha Acharya, Mr.Uday Poojary, Mr.Devadas Shetty, the alumni joined us online to give a confident start to the life of freshers in the college.
