Thumbay Hospital Ajman Launches Personalized ‘Marhaba’ Service for Patients

Thumbay Hospital - Ajman, the leading academic hospital owned and operated by Thumbay Group UAE, launched ‘Marhaba’ Service – personalized services for patients, on Saturday, 13thMay 2017. The MarhabaLounge was inaugurated at the hospital by Mr. Akbar MoideenThumbay, Vice President of the Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group, in the presence of members of the Thumbay Group Board.

Delivering personalized services and minimizing inconveniences, the Marhaba Service fast-tracks patients’ requirements. A patient arriving at the Marhaba Longue would have his/her registration formalities, consultation, examination/diagnosis, procedures, documentation, billing etc. are done on priority, requiring minimal waiting times.

Explaining the reason behind launching the Marhaba Service, Mr. Akbar MoideenThumbay, Vice President of the Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group said, “Marhaba is an exclusive fast-track service that makes your visit to Thumbay Hospital a pleasant experience. This is an outcome of our continuous efforts to enhance patient experience and minimize inconveniences. The Marhaba Lounge at the hospital is reserved exclusively for patients who choose to avail the service.”

The Marhaba Service provides fast-track personal assistance including the following: welcome drink, registration, appointments, billing, blood sample collections, medicine procurements, medical reports, sick leave attestation, admission process and follow-up appointments.
