Haldi-Kumkum celebration by women’s wing of bunts association mumbai

Mumbai, August 19: The women’s wing of Bunts Association Mumbai celebrated the Shrawan with Haldi-Kumkum programme.

The Programme was held on Tuesday morning, at Smt. Radha T. Bhandary Auditorium, of Bunts Bhawan Kurla (E). CA|Shakar B Shetty inaugurated the programme by lightening the lamp, and then he placed the hingara flowers (arecanut flowers) in the Kalasa and gave a traditional touch to the inaugural function.

The Executive President of the Women’s wing - Latha Prabhakar Shetty presided over the programme. Sunanda Upadhyaya – the Executive President of Women’s wing of Shri Krishna Vittala Prathishtan Mumbai, Shakunthala S Shetty-the Director of Reliable Group of Companies were present as guests.

The programme began with Bunt’s Song. Latha J Shetty -the vice-President of Women’s wing of Bunt’s Association welcomed all. The Joint Secretary Vinoda R K Chauta sang the prayer. Ashok Pakkala presented the programme. Hon. Treasurer Asha V Rai, Joint Tresurer Kalpana K Shetty, Dr. Suneetha M Shetty and others were present in the programme. Hon.Secretary Chitra R Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
