Bengaluru, (DHNS): Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, on Monday, warned that strict action would be taken against those making provocative statements in connection with the arrest of suspects in the murder of writer and activist Gauri Lankesh. “I have been noticing some provocative statements by some people. I have asked the police to take action against such people without any hesitation,” the chief minister told reporters here. “Please allow the investigating officials to conduct a fair probe in to the matter and don’t speculate anything,” the chief minister said.

The government would not allow any organisation or leader to create law and order problem in the name of religion, he said.
