Bengaluru: Will anyone who is still under Judicial Scrutiny and has not been exonerated be welcome to any Political Party that professes to be opposed to Corruption in this country?

If BJP is really opposed to Corruption, How can Mr.S.M.Krishna who has TWO FIR's registered against him (One in Illegal Mining Case & another in the NICE case) and is struggling in the Supreme Court be welcome to BJP?

Especially after having stalled the Parliament itself on the same issue, what moral right does BJP have to claim any opposition corruption or corrupt people in public life?
