St Agnes College conducts IT fest 'Technova'

Mangaluru: The department of Computer Applications, St Agnes College (autonomous) organized an intra-departmental IT fest 'Technova 2018- Battle of Bright Minds'.

The fest was conducted for the students of BCA to explore their knowledge in computers. Sr Dr M Jeswina AC, principal St Agnes College inaugurated the fest and addressed the students. Malavika Shetty, dean administration and Anushree Raj, head of the department of Computer Applications were also present. Sandra, secretary of the BCA department spoke about the fest. Asrina from I BCA compered the programme and Lia from I BCA proposed the vote of thanks.

Eight events were conducted for the students: Web Designing, Coding and Debugging, PowerPoint Presentation. IT Quiz, Group Dance and Best IT Manager. Students actively took part in various events.

A valedictory function was held. Edna Martis of III BCA compered the programme. The top scorers of the end semester examinations and the winners of various events were felicitated.
