The Commissioner said that the vegetable, flower, fruit and fish market of the corporation at Urwa Stores would also be re-built by the MUDA as a market-cum-commercial complex at an estimated cost of Rs. 26 crore. This project would be taken up after the Urwa Market project. The two commissioners would sign a separate agreement to it. The DPR of the Urwa Stores project was yet to be ready.

The corporation handed over the MUDA 88 cents of its land at Urwa Stores for the project on the same day in 2008. This land has also been handed over to 35 years.
