YIT in collaboration with ZFC conduct fitness clinic

Moodbidri: Yenepoya Institute of Technology (YIT) in collaboration with Zuese Fitness Club (ZFC), Mangaluru and department of Physical Education, YIT under the guidance of Dr R G D’Souza, principal, YIT conducted a fitness clinic along with students in the campus.

The resource person was Sagar Kumar, platinum trainer, ZFC. The PD of YIT Lokesh florally welcomed the Zuese members. Sagar presented a fitness talk to the students followed by session by Aslan who is a Bollywood fitness trainer, ZFC.

Then there was a workout session in gymnasium of YIT by Sagar, Bharath, Aslan and Shankar of ZFC. This was followed by fitness test. Co-ordinator Prof Austin Pais presented the memento at the end and thanked everyone for making it an amazing event.
