DOSAS & COCONUT CHUTNEY

Ingredients :

2 cups of raw rice
½ cup of udad dal
Salt as to taste 

Method :

• Wash the rice & udad dal, soak for 2 hours. 
• Drain, grind to a fine paste with required water, mix well and keep it for fermentation overnight.
• Stir it well , add salt to taste.
• Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame, grease it lightly, 
• when hot, pour a ladeful rice batter and spread in a circular motion to make a thin dosas. 

Coconut Chutney 

Ingredients :

½ coconut grated
1 red chily
1 flake garlic
½” ginger
1 string kadi patta
salt to taste 

Method :

Put the above into mixer , add required water, grind to a paste. Add seasoning with oil and mustard seeds.
